Sara Nelson

I’m Sara…a recovering people pleaser, workaholic and perfectionist. I found yoga, mindfulness and mediation while I was battling with Postpartum Depression and Grief. I promised, as I discovered these tools in my own recovery, I would learn how to share with other women. In 2019, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and earned additional certifications in grief yoga and leading women’s circles. I am a certified Trauma Informed SHE RECOVERS® Yoga Teacher and Holistic Life Coach.
